Transport and Tourism Minister Leo Varadkar has turned down a suggestion to re-name Cork Airport after blues guitarist Rory Gallagher. But, he said that he might consider auctioning the naming rights of the airport. He was responding to a Brussels-based woman who is spearheading a campaign to rename the airport after the legendary musician.
