Aer Lingus has appointed Montie Brewer and Nicola Shaw as independent, non-executive directors. Mr Brewer is a director with Las Vegas-based low cost airline Allegiant Travel Company and was president and chief executive of Air Canada from 2004 to 2009. Ms Shaw runs FirstGroup’s bus division in Ireland (including Aircoach) the UK and Germany.
